PALS provide a forum for the exchange
of non-competitive information. In the event of a member's
retirement, illness, sabbatical or liquidation, the remaining
members will takeover, merge, sell, lease or fee share
the business.
Members of PALS will be happy to provide continuity of service for any estate administration support service where a PALS member has made commitments to and for whatever reason is unable to fulfil. However Members of PALS will not make any application for a Grant to the Court or assume any responsibility or liability for any estate administration services for any client of a member who has fully pre paid for this service.
